We wind down the quote from 49k to 39k for our EA. We received our quote as promised. Our ID even asked if we would like to wait for about half an hour for the quote when we went down to make amendment. Our ID was about 15min late for appointments twice, but we were informed before hand. Our experiences of not receiving quotes at all are mostly from firms that are not so well reputed. But of course, pick the one that you are most comfortable with.

Hi Celest, It looks like carpentry work should start soon for you. We are still in the midst of selecting ID. About Ideal house, Steven doesn't have much ideas to propose. Mainly is when I asked then they answer. Did he go shopping with you for tiles and stuffs? Did they provide you with any ideas and how colors should combine? I am sure I will be a very ngiao person when the reno will start.
