Hello, I need some help, I painted my wall with Nippon Paint Vinilex 5000 Galaxy but after a month, the wall has a lot of white patches on it. I use water to clean them and they will come back again. Is this called chalking? I tried applying one more coating over it but still the same. Anyone have this problem b4? How to solve it? Need to use chemical to wash b4 painting? Picture of the defect...
