    Dear Jacky Response to your unhappy experience with us several years ago and sad to say we only noticed that you actually write a feedback on this in 2012. Believe that this had happened due to miscommunication.The contractor did not take our instruction and proceed their work to their convienience. We even take the responsibility to remove the entire tiling in the kitchen at our cost due to complain of stain on it. All these issues has been rectified before we handover the house to you in 2012and out of goodwill we did not demand the final payment of $1275.00 from your end. Hope the above explanation is clear.
