i tink no matter if it's new or old tiles... sooner or later, sure "eat" stain wan... coz they used cheapo quality ma.... i oso replaced all my tiles, now, oso can see some stain IN e tile liao... unless like weixiaobao lor, go buy better tiles but b'careful of "hidden" cost.... who's the TO in charge? tink if not wrong, there are a few TOs for our area...

dun be dishearten... we'll face problems here n thr, now n then... moz importantly, we muz get it solved... tink e best ting nw is to brg it up to hdb IF BSC cant convince u (mus gv a "chance" ma,, den later can shoot hard hard... haha... i evil hor...)

i dun tink the contractor he refer to is BSC ba.. shld b his contractor... haha... as expected.. BSC likes to smoke ppl....

wah~ looks like a/c price had gone up again.... dun wry abt e -ve feedbk, moz importantly, on day of 1st installation (believe there'll be 2 trips), be sure to be @ home so as to discuss w the installer on how u wana run ur trunking... i bot mine from AB, no problem w them, friendly & professional too... my neigbor oso had the same gd experience w them... so for now, juz relac....

but were u @ hm when they ran the trunking? coz i've oso engaged AB & they did a satisfactory work for us, of coz i were on site... we took abt 30mins to discuss on hw e trunking to be run.... & job were done within 3hrs...
