great~! so how much time they asking u to give them? imagine an avg time to complete a reno is abt 6-8wks & they took 5 juz to re-lay the tiles...

ur right.. al these follow up has realli wasted so much of our precious time & delayed the reno process... would rather they gv us std flat, i believe things will progress more smoothly & efficiently... in any cse, really hope those doing rectifications work will get their defects done up smoothly... yoz.. welcome back... any updates on ur blog bo...

hmm ~ din knw toilet's tiles are uneven... tink muz chk agn diz wkend.... huh? so hv they layed the tiles? in any cse, once they replaced.. gota make sure u chk those tiles tt r around the defected one.. c if it is chipped... bo bian leh.. we paid so much for it liao...

dun wry abt thoz -ve feedbk on their installers... juz make sure ur on site & discuss hw u wana run ur trunking... oso rembr 2 blanjar kopi lor.. a happy installer is a gd installer... btw, my window handles all changed liao... !! ya agree... lucky all my defects rectified liao.. except for one, which they will be doing this sat... den case closed...

it seems tt it's tt BSC "standard" lor... mine oso took more than 1 mths to rectify.. in fact nw still rectifying leh.. but minor one lar... in any cse, muz make sure they give u the expected completion date...

if ur using all 3 a/c quite often... it make economical sense to install an invertor.... u shld be able 2 breakeven in bt 2yrs time... sys 3 = 1 outdoor to 3 indoor units... sys 4 = 1 outdoor to 4 indoor units as for when considering to install for ur living rm, juz make sure tt u've got e right BTU or it'll be a waste of $$$ coz ur living rm will not be cool despite on for long hours... juz my 2c tots....

juz wana share my experience w my a/c installation... despite reading so many -ve feedback on AB... we decided to go with AB.... reason that the saleman (CASH) who attended to me was not pushy & he is really patient in explaining all the details, including showing the difference between those insulation rubber.... & of coz their price is competitive... Now, i will dare to say... their installation is good... they arrived on time as scheduled & all were done up within 3hrs (including discussion on location on trucking).. they were friendly too.... KUDOs to ah Beng's team of installers~! !! juz some pic to share...

these glasses are made for what they are for... tested & therefore make available in the market, u tink those manufacturers wana take unnecessary risks? so not to wry too much if can tahan high temp (how high can u go, rite?) juz my opinon...

hi all... juz wana ask.. how do we check if the correct indoor unit is being delivered, ie; if u bot a 22k or 26k btu... is this specs engraved on the unit itself?

yap... was surprise tt i could easily tear armaflex & k-flex (though maybe e material is old liao).. totaline is 100% PSB tested.... s'pore symdromes.... must pass ceng hu tesing.... & i tink most importantly is they gv 60mths installation/workmanship ba, ie; leakage.. sweating (if i spelled correctly)... e rest are all standard... actually my choice of brand is limited (compressor too big).. e salesman even sugg to me to install fans... haha...

u din try e numbe i gave u... for what u want, i tink 1.5k can get liao...

wah~ look likes here alot of sportsman & sportswoman hor.... maybe can arrange for a badminton session too... juz down @ our block...

i was quoted 3950 from this company "Fusion" something (cant rembr liao)... they using thermaflex... den what greenland wan lar.. mi oso considering this unit as my living rm need a larger BTU... do post here if any1 has other quotes... thkz~!
