actualli i oso quite ching cai wan... but hor.. realli cant tahan thoz BSC ppl lor, evythg u say no gd, they sure got excuses to cover their poor workmanship... so in the end, fed up, go straight to HDB & from thr on, i NEVER liase with BSC... & i muz say this officer really patient & has done a great job in following up my case, will definitely write a compliment letter to HDB as a token of appreciation... Finally can "start my engine"...

haha... when they chg my tiles.. they oso asked mi wana chg skirting anot... 250 lollars... i felt quite ex leh, actually tot they will "damage" my skirting while replacing all my tiles.. but "too bad"... e skirting was nicely done up... !! tink they scared of my complain liao... if the floor really look dull... die die muz oso get them to revarnish for u... 4get abt BSC... go straight to HDB Officer... they hv more "power"... those contractors like to smoke ppl wan....

yoyo... i oso hvnt recvr any activation note... were u in ur place ytd? coz while taking the lift down, my wife said she saw ur door open... tot of gg 2 say halo.. but tink u might b bz lor... perhaps some other day ba.. anywy, anthr couple took same lift & they stopped @ 8th flr... any1 here? hope u get ur defects done up smoothly... esp the TILEs...

really buay tahan these BSC contractors.. went up juz nw.. till nw still hvn't layed my new tiles... (though dateline nxt wk la).. den nvrmd, they nvr do anything in my flat but my water usage rises so much... tink muz try to claim frm them... !!

totally agree... end of the day, its u ppl who will be watching on that screen, probly for the next 5yrs or more.... thus, choose one tt is comfortable to ur eyes (as well as pocket... ) btw, applefreak, hw do u chk the number of hr used in ur plasma ah? any miji?

i tink quite diff to get <1.6 leh.... mayb e range would be 1.8-2k...

Oh, iszit... coz juz nw i went to ask, they quoted 2999 for new set but no free gift..... 2399 for display set & they oso throw in a dvd player (DV-400) & free a HDMI cable... did ask a few saleperson though... hmm~ set so did u went down juz nw @ ask? ya, i agree, it "expensive" to buy and put in bedroom.... i believed it's the display set that they're selling @ tt price... well, tink shld b okay since the usage hr is <40hrs nia. (they oni used it for this show)... total life time hr is 60000hrs...

Thinking about it and knowing BSC reputation.......y not just send now anyway? For my Utilities bill, so far been charged like a few dollars nia leh..............minue the initial deposit lor. yalor... so nw gota ask my id to go up spot check... make sure evything's in place... aya~ cannot send nw leh coz they hvn't layed yet mah... oni when we hv "proof" den we got a case ma.. tio boh... !!

ayo~ y like tt... i tot u ardy started ur renov liao... so u still "fighting" on ur defects ah... juz like me hor... realli sianz man ~ anywy, they're replacing my tiles now... & i've got a feeling tt they'll definitely damage my skirting... i've prep myself to "feedback" to the officer in charge from HDB (not BSC, don't waste time on them)... mine was.. 1st bill - $100plus (deposit incl) 2nd bill - oso $100 plus, hvnt install gas pipes .... (duno wther iszit they using est avg) finally ~ tiles being hacked~!

personnally, i wouldn;t mind pay abit more to buy from local store... @ least if not satisfied, still can complain or make noise till 100% happie... coz if purchase from nieghborhood state, felt quite difficult & troublesome too should there b any problems w the lights (ie; no safety passed).. but if ur comfortable w it.. den it shld be fine ba... anywy, remb 2 do thorough checks on ur defects... u shld see alot of "common" ones here...

in tt cse, den ask them 2 laminate till same tone w e other glasses.. btw, i've juz recvr my 2nd utilities bill.. walau~ hvn't started renov, they already charge us so much liao (deposit was paid in 1st bill).. any1 has same encounter?

maybe u take pic of those glasses w "tempered" logo on it... den ask them y the difference lor... den hor, if they still insist it laminated... get them to "laminate" your replaced panel so tt all the glasses will have e same tone lor... juz a sugg...

so bet u'll b asking ur own contractor to install ritz... sianz.. reali hope that BSC can rectify the defects & hand over to me on time man~ their workmanship dam lousy..

No need to tok to the contractor one... call the HDB techical officer-in-charge, u shld b able to see the info from HDB website, log in w ur singpass, den go to "My Flat".. u shld see these info thr... get the officer to go down ur unit, tell him/her ur issue... sometimes u juz gota make some "noise"... we paid a premium price u know.... so tings muz b done to our satisfaction (not theirs)...
