yo yo... juz wana share my quote for my curtain... for 1280, it includes the followings; a) Day/Night for the full height window in living room (took wood coz metal will rust) b) Five sets of roman blinds; dining area & all rooms Curtain's Pattern Roman Blind Pattern actually was quoted higher but after some bargaining... we agreed on the above... now for air-con, was quoted as follows for sys 3, non-invertor from Best Tech; a) Mit - 1915 b) Panasonic - 1808 c) Toshiba - 1883 all using K-flex, 3/8" (their so-called "upgrade" from totaline) all include 2 trips installation except for panasonic which u'll need to pay 50 for 2nd trip... wat u tink guz? thkz~!

actually when i got my keys, i had a "joint" inspection with my ID.. & he gv mi his professional advise as to what to check... the tiles were the major problem... mis-matched tone... if u read my earlier post, even after they replaced... i not satisfied lor so i start to ... end up, they buay tahan, gota replaced all my tiles... den i tol them beta clean up nicely b4 hand over... anywy, they completed the work liao... so will be gg down these few days to do my checking & "feedback" to HDB if i still find problems...

yap.. they do all 3 rooms... bo bian leh.. i complain king ma... though not really tip-top.. but beta den nthg ma... tio boh... they have the duty to clean up ur room b4 handling over... u saw my signature pic? i hvn;t done any cleaning myself yet...
