Whatever you do, don't hire a chap called Kerrick Ang - mobile number 98477370. His painter was crap. Removed the top coat of my parquet floor in several places and sprinkled paint all over my furniture. Those who have hired this chap and had a horrible experience with his painter might want to get in touch with me.
