yes it's allowed now.. but i guess most IDs still didn't realise that, cos all the IDs/contractors i've spoken to all said cannot. I'm the one who pointed out to them the HDB page that says it's allowed.

share some more pics that took today only can take kitchen and stairs, cos just did tiling for the stairways today, so can't go up to 2nd floor to take pics Kitchen, looking to the shrunken utility room kitchen floor tiles, cabinet base and washer base fridge base, at the other dorner newly installed rubbish chute our extremely small common toilet.. can only squeeze in 2 average size adults tiling for stairways, concrete structure up partially for the glass railings my newly purchased sofa been shopping for months for an ideal sofa! Finally found a design i like! This is the 2nd best I've found so far, the 1st one that i really loved was from Morris, but it costs over 3k and over our budget, so we decided to settle for this instead. Wanted to shop around more to compare price, but hubby very tired of shopping with this fussy mrs, kept psycho me to buy the moment he knew i liked it

Wow.. thank god it's resolved! Max did told me there're some issues with a Sengkang unit, but not in details, so he seemed pretty stressed when he met up with us. Glad it's over

yr revised 3d drawings are indeed nicer! Esp love your shelter feature! But what is the difference btwn the ID one and your photoshopped one? I'm like trying to play the 'spot the difference' game but i can't find it donno why i keep finding other people's 3D are much nicer than mine

hobbes! wanted to ask you, for the 3d, did Max give you the scanned soft copy? or the hi-res direct soft copy? cos i saw yr t-blog seems like it's those direct soft copy, but mine is those printed and scanned soft copy Not very satisfied with the design so i asked him to re-do a new one so must wait long long again somemore the copy he gave me.. not clear one...

what a coincidence! we chose the same wall tiles for our common toilet and mbr toilet! we have the same taste

so that means you're only left with painting, lighting and windows? shd b pretty close to completion then! I totally agree, we also find him very sincere and honest, that is why we chose him over our friend to be our ID And yes, accomodating too, and gave me honest opinions regarding some of my 'stupid' ideas I dun really fault him for the delay, it may not be entirely his prob, but I'm just worried it won't be in time for us to move in. Got 1001 things to worry on hand now.. so stress...

I find a little bit slow, but I understand that he has several projects on hand though so can't really blame him. But I seriously hope that I can have my reno completed by mid early July. I would like to do up a false ceiling for my kitchen, but my ID suggested that it may not be practical as it will become yellowish from the cooking and fumes. But I like it, and those condo units i dun see any problem with stains on the ceiling. Anyone who has done a false ceiling in their kitchen in hdb flats? any comments or feedback? Would you recommend me to go ahead?

hahah use food/treats to lure him! bedroom is offlimits to them, cos I have asthma so can't sleep with my cats. On a couple of occassions i just can't resist sleeping with them and had full blown attack.. now i scared already. That's our initial plan also leh.. but after calculation doesn't really save that much so we just went ahead change all heeee, show us her gf's pic if possible! but i'm sure u will very heart pain to give them away one.. by that time they will all look soooooooo CUTE!!

yah i know.. somehow high floor is always 'superior' than low floors haha ermmmm used to it already la.. can b very tiring at times, but seeing them, playing with them and their unconditional love makes it all worthwhile!
