jess! Is the ex owner malay?? I went to view a unit at ave 8, at the 600+ block also next to spc, also divorce case! Is that the one?? -
You are absolutely right, comfort is the most impt! honestly i can't tell what coil from what coil too so long it feels comfortable to you, that's the main point. I mentioned it becos I remembered the lady who sold me the mattress kept stressing to me abt the difference btwn backsaver and the others. I bought it in early May at $3499, king size including bedframe.

sealy bed really very comfy and good! I bought the polarville, plush n comfy, can't wait to sleep on it! lxiul, was told backsaver series doesn't come with posturepedic coil.

i went before the GSS starts.. been shopping for sofa for months

Agree that Morris has some nice designs, I fell in love with one of the sofa at the higher level showroom, but it has a whopping 3k+ price tag.. I couldn't bear to spend so much on a sofa so I gave it a miss. Do beware of Silver River though, it has a notorious reputation in another forum. Anyway i still went ahead to their showroom just to look at their products, and I witnessed it myself the same scenario as described in the forum. The customer was complaining so loudly that i need not have to eavesdrop Apparently, all items on the order were delivered wrongly more than once, she demanded a refund but the sales lady refused and her attitude wasn't apologetic at all, or should i say she couldn't care less. The customer threatened to go CASE and she just said smthg like go ahead blah blah blah... So just be careful

ahahahahah thanks in adv leh! ok can't wait to see yr house!

I think so, after buying, i went n search, seems like it can be bent according to the tempered patent website. But I would still buy the normal glass, cos cheaper mah thanks commando! be prepared to be disappointed with the kitchen.. cos I am.. I find that alot of space not fully utilised, but i can't put things there, n no more budget for additional carpentry work. sure sure! All r welcome! But if see kitties will b aft i moved in, now kitties at old house with me

i realised i nv clarify hor mine is just normal glass, but not tempered. Yes it's very heavy, i can't carry it myself! Oh dear, I only thought about the cracking, but not scratches guess have to be extra extra careful! agree acrylic shd cost much cheaper and it's lighter too! Still prefer glass though

very nice layout! it's very unique, unlike the usual maisonette layout! esp yr spacious MBR, and the balcony at another bedroom! -
aren't we all are? The one I bought is not tempered glass, I was told tempered glass cannot be bent, but some say can I also don't know who to believe. The clear 1 was seling at $399 measuring 120cm, tinted is $30 additional, but about 135cm. Went to Avanni b4 finalising my purchase, they were selling the tempered glass version, black color at $599. But I reckon i do not really need tempered glass, just b more careful lor How much is the muji one? I also like the one that you got, nice unique shape! But i know i will eat at the coffee table watch tv regularly, I want to stretch my leg underneath the table, so I got this instead. Hi lxiul, I got my teka stuff 2 mths ago when they were having sales, total damage for hob, hood, microwave and oven is $3.8k. Mayb you just drop by their UE sq showroom, I believe they have sales regularly

yah he was always either at SK or Punggol unit before he came over to meet us, then always late one think he was pretty unlucky as he told me a series of things happened so i guess that adds to his stress.. hopefully mine go smooth smooth.. bo bi bo bi

thanks again, i really love it! the salesman showed me 2 sets of fabric, 1 set has the earthy neutral colors like mine, the 2nd set has those floral designs. The material feels like textured fabric, but not that rough won't scratch skin. All removable fabric, i plan to sew myself next time

hi 666, i was very tempted to do so, but we don't have any other spare rooms to store things, so I'll still need the utility room. I believe with shelving, it shd b sufficient for us, we don't need a very big storeroom

What i loved about it is it's totally modular, consists of 2 corner seats, 2 centre seats and 1 ottoman, so i can choose to configure anyway i like enjoyr yr shopping tmr flyingballoons! mine turned from excitement to a chore haha yr unit can buy 2 EMs already leh
