Never Get Furniture From Nova At Trade Hub 21

think i'm quite lucky then.. my experience with them so far is quite alright, nothing negative. I bought 6 pcs of dining chairs from them in June, paid full. They actually called me up to confirm delivery twice and I kept delaying on the delivery. they were quite alright about it, and when the actual delivery day came, they also called me up to confirm the timing. Delivery was on time and the goods were in good condition. -

hi jessie, i asked him liao.. he say definitely cannot match the price already cos that particular job he's making a loss by changing it to a 12mm glass. But he said he will calculate the amount and give me the best price later. -

hi all! this thread so active today for the glass railing, think my ID underquoted me. It's ard 2.3k for frameless full glass railing with concrete base. This quote is for 10mm thick tempered glass, but later he found out 10mm not secure enough, so change to 12mm tempered glass for me FOC. -
thanks apple n skywolf! have discussed with my ID, we'll just 'shift' the shelves inwards so it becomes smaller on the width, and i'll create an extra space for my pull-out for the condiments.

haha finally dong tu liao.. excited not?? Any estimation how long is yr reno going to take?

think shd be good enuff in yr case since you are very sure that PIL no need aircon and yr kids room dun on it. having 2 fancoil units at 1st level is definitely better, cool faster too! But BTU wise think u check with aircon guys better. me also had headache over the aircon issue that time, cos i wanna all rooms upstairs with aircon, and downstairs too. my config was 2 x 10 for study and pets room, 1 x 13 for MBR, and 1x 26 for living/dining area. But 1st level so big i'm worried cannot be cooling enough

thanks yuntlh! wah blue and purple very bold colors! Result shd b very nice! -
ahahaahaah i also donno about the glass really! but it's an interesting discussion! all of my glass furniture all normal glass only, only staircase, kitchen, mbr bathroom door and balcony tempered glass. Keep my fingers cross we dun anyhow bang onto the glasses
-
ahahahah xie xie ni Jessie!!! Scully he doesn't even know who u talking about like that must treat u a meal ordi!
-
haha but for me, i'll feel very heartache cos i'll be paying for the house yet still can't move in yet!
-
yah! another problem is the space underneath the sink and stove (using LPG), like so wasted I'll miss using govt gas regarding smaller drawers, is there a 'standard size' for those? I'm worried if i minimize any size or width, i'll have problem buying trays/baskets for it actually when i bought the table that time, i was only concern about the cost, the safety aspect didn't come to my mind at all.. but luckily u reassured me that for table it's better not to have tempered glass

thanks apple for yr compliments! For the kitchen, i want to keep the counter top and wall as clutter-free as possible, so i want to hide away all the cooking stuff like oil, soya sauce, spices etc.. i wanted a slim vertical pull-out where i can store those, and just need to pull out as and when i cook. But after discussing with my ID several times, we still couldn't come up with a design that can incorporate that in as he said there's no 'excess' space for it. He also mentioned the upper cabinet width and bottom cabinet width shd match if not not nice.. I'm like very vexed over it, so want to see u all hv any good suggestion?? ahahaha those 'textured walls' that u mention are actually......... CURTAINS! i like the MBR bathroom too, but there's gonna b some changes and become smaller.. becos i do a boxup of the pipes, which will occupy the basin space in the picture.. so the end result may not b as nice already
-
hi hi skywolf, yr reno coming to an end, congrats! u got yr sofa??
-
wah finally get to see your house pics!!! The wood panel at the wall left the deepest impression on me. R u gonna keep them? Perhaps can turn it into resort resort feel? u got clean yr house weekly ah? still look so clean hahahaah agree with others, u can paint the grilles to give it a totally different look & feel.

it's been almost a month since my last post, been really busy with my wedding prep.. stress ah !! Haven't got the time and energy to take pics of my house.. But at last we kind of finalise on the 3D with my ID, except the kitchen which i'm still not very satisfied. Any comments would be greatly appreciated, especially on the kitchen, on how to maximise the storage space. Painting has just started, next will be carpentary work.
