hi all, i have been to Modern Living today. Have seen Unimax and Ciseern.. anyone has comments on Ciseern's Thomas? quite like their Fiona Xie mock up dream hse.. m looking for sth like their showroom flat.. however, having 2nd tots aft looking at their "package" budget is ard 30k, but i expect to have sth like their showflat.. however, after seeing some other photos of their flats, i doubt 30k's enough any suggestions??

hi, me too, oso bought a resale in a state which i do not like.. in e end.. to turn our home into almost our dream home.. min req 40k.. including hacking off all existing tiles in living/dining/bedrooms (3)/kitchen/both toilets juz replacing tiles and re-painting alone cost 20k.. so.. like other forumers' advice.. u really gotta pray hard! =)

hi all, new to this forum.. Can anyone advise on a suitable ID for Gothic themed houses? am intending to design my home with a gothic feel.. kinda like anna sui? black/ white, dark grey, black chandeliers.. bold coloured furnitures etc.. budget 30-40k currently shortlisting the following IDs: 1) Design Rebirth 2) Designsense 3) Unimax 4) A&D 5) ID Emboss 6) Juxtapose any comments anyone? pls feel free to rec an ID firm and ID if u hav seen any outstanding apartments!!
