To install a T5 fluorescent tube under top-hung kitchen cabinet, does my contractor have to do a pelmet or let the T5 be exposed?

geryl can you advise me what is the light color that you paint in your living room beside the lollipop? Had a difficulty time matching the cheerful colour.. had in mind the wash and wear series Barley White. I intend to paint lollipop at above and bottom the TV feature wall, will it be too striking? I'd suggest an Ariston even though it's a little more expensive, it's an italian brand and the quality an finishing is much better than Rinnai. Could go for the entry level ones. Just as good. The FZ61 Oven is what have and it hasn't failed me yet. Thanx for your reply! in fact we have decided on the FZ61.1IX model. hehe..

My personal opinion only.. I personally feel a round black colour fabric material dining pendant light about 500mm diameter is sufficient to bring it to an even classier feel without overly drama.. A cosy yet hotel style touch.. It shd cost you abt $250 at most of the balestier or jalan besar lighting shops.

I think your dining set looks classy and grand while the lights looks simple.

We were rejected straight away too few mths back without any other fixing of dates.. there are many more excellent IDs around.. and we found ours.

I think the Mock up 2 is nicer and adds a modern feel to your home (some refreshing colours) Mock up 1 i feel is a very sombre pic.. My personal feelings only..
