Anything agreed on the table, etc..like hinges use, freebies and so on... do have them or you to write down black and white on the quote and signed it. This to safeguard yourself from this expertise. They might say trust them for the reno but its still better to write it down. Cheersss...

i engaged them before. Lousy workmanship for carpentry work, tho they have their own carpentry workshop. Bad experience with them (LD). There are more much better Int_D outside.
