Hihi Simpleboi, Haha, bo bian must buy early as my bf on standby this whole week, so must go buy early on last sun lor. Haha, the thing is we are not sure whether confirm can go or not yet, as he might need to go work on sun. But just buy the things first lor. !! Btw, can any one tell me (if we really can go on that day) how much bee hoon to fry for 20 - 30 pax? Cos that night we dont know must buy how many packs, ended up we brought the biggest pack which is a 3 kg pack (which is abt 7 - 8 normal packs). Come home and my mom scold me siao for buying such a big pack lei. How to gauge how much of it to fry? Sian, i also dont have such a big wok to fry the whole 3kg pack wor? !! Any one knows? Hihi, Me didnt forget! Haha, last night 11 plus , already forced my bf drive me to buy the fried bee hoon stuff @ Giant already! But hor, still dont know if he will need to go back to work on sunday or not? Sian, if he needs to go back to work on that day, then i cant go liao. Cause i need him to fry the been hoon for me, cause i dont really know how to do it. Heehee, so pai sei, cause i dont really know how to cook. Now only can hope that he dont have to go to work, if not we yest. night rush to go out to buy the stuff for nothing already. Waste effort. Really hope that we can go and meet up w our neighbours!

Hihi Ohoh, Yrs is storage heater plus rain shower (in MBR) shouldnt be a problem for the pressure then. Unless someone is also showering @ the same time in the kitchen toilet, then most likely yr rain shower will run out of hot water lor. But i think for 30L storage, also not a problem, unless yr family members all like me bath very long/slow one, then not enough hot water liao. Lol. It all depends on the users usage of water (amount) and the timing. Really got this booster thing? Can any one else confirm this? Very keen if have this thing! All i heard last time when doing up my current plc, the id say the pressure/amount of water is due to the pipes size and also the level of floor u staying also will affect, hence he advice us if want more water faster, then to change the pipes to a bigger size one. Hihi, I see. Good luck and have fun doing up yr plc! As regards to removing the bomb shelter door. IMO, think better dont remove it better. Cause heard before that for new flats, some time HDB will send ppl down to do random check on flats after reno to check whether the reno is done properly. So if sway they come yr plc, and see u got no door there, surely kena fine one. Besides, if u really wanna "hide" the door, u can just do a feature wall over the whole thing, and the door willl be hidden as well mah, so no need to remove it and then hide it again what? I do think of that, in fact my bf also told me that, but up to this moment, i'm still very keen, my only fear is that if only using normal shower and not bath tub, and the part of getting in and out of it, is very troublesome and dangerous nia. If fact i thought of doing 1 bathtub, and 1 separate shower stand in the toilet, haha, but too bad our HDB flat toilet are way too small to do that unlike ang mo's house whose toilet can manage to install the 2 and still got a lot of space inside!! Hihi Simpleboi, Haha, i do hope so lor! Most likely will bah. !! But first must gonna make sure my instant heater can go well w both bathtub and rain shower first. If not then might change the plan liao!!

Hihi Oh Oh, Thanks for sharing! !! That's precisely why i asked that question lor. Cause i scare by the time the bath tub is filled up (by instant heater) and u soak in it, the water is not hot liao, then damm sian already. Hence would like to ask any one who have that combination (instant heater + bath tub) to share whether is it hot enough. Me still very not keen in the storage heater unless really no choice mah. As for gas heater, didnt wanna consider that it's because of the piping too. Sian, so much decisions to be made. Lol, u have the same thinking as my bf. He also feel bathroom so small put bath tub also not shiok, so he wanted a rain shower while i WANT my bath tub mah. So must fiqure whether a instant heater can do the task to statisy the both of us @ the same time or not! !! Haha! Must find one that can support my bathtub and his rain shower! Btw, what are u using? So u be using rainshower? Rain shower + instant heater = Enough pressure?

Hi Simpleboi, I see. Thanks for sharing. Yap, that's the reason why i'm thinking of switching back to using instant heater. Cos really sick of waiting for the storage heater to heat up @ my current plc also when after a few persons shower already, not enough hot water liao. But though 1 thing good abt storage heater is that they seems to be lasting longer. I mean longer lasting. My old plc using instant heater, they seems to be spolit faster than storage heater. Hmm, now i just need someone to tell me does instant heater able to go w bath tub (water hot enough to fill up the tub) and also to go w rain shower (ie able to installl together or not , and is the pressure enough?) Any neighbours can help?

Thinking of installing these 2, but scare that instant heater will not be hot enough to fill up the bath tub, and also cant install the rain shower or got not enough pressure to go w it?

Heard that this project @ JM, got some problems @ first stage of work. Think the contactor got fined or changed another contactor half way through the project. We all really got to open our eyes big big to check through. Hopefully not all units are like that!
