Went to a shop called Reno Deals in Geylang to buy my bathware. This shop claims to sell their things at factory prices. Well the things are reasonably cheap just like the other shops in Geylang because there is a lot of competition. However, what is "factory" about the shop is that they charge you transportation costs no matter the amount you purchase AND there is no customer or after sales service. They basically have a take it or leave it attitude. I was told to pay for some hardware accessories which was supposed to come with it. I was quite upset at their indifferent attitude and I figured why as I was walking in, there was also another angry customer stomping out ....what a shop
