  1. I'm facing the same problem too... shower area at entrance, wash basin and then WC. I'm planning to sealed the original entrance... relocate the wash basin to the wall opposite (is it possible??) and then creating an entrace from the old basin area. Any idea if this is fleasible?
  2. There are special floor paints that's used more widely in factories. The paints even have anti-slip properties. Is that what you're looking for?
  3. What if the fridge is located in centre of the house and the fridge door is facing east? ... How about fridge located next to the toilet?

As I plan to rent one room out temporarily, can the electrician do it in such a way that the rented room aircon have a separate switch... in such a way that even though i on my compressor, the rented room aircon cannot be switched on??? Is this possible?
