yeap.. e HDB officer will pass u e keys and the key pouch, FOC. the keys consist of main door, main gate, letter box, bedroom 1-3, E/T, G/W and 2 other bunch of "dunno wat" keys. haven tried them all yet. one of them is for openin the door for power supply and e other is for e water supply bah. regards

Hello everyone here, Just collected my house key, on 30/1/08 @ 2.10pm. Super excited wif our own house. wish to share with everyone here on our renovation progress til the end of the reno to handling of unit back to us. Pray hard that there will not be so many hiccup on the ways. Anyway, after collecting the house keys, me n my wife excitedly rush to Brighton, Kings furniture and Furniture Mall to see see look look at the furnitures. At Furniture Mall, me n my wife spotted a set of sofa and dining set which both of us love at 1st sight. Price wise very reasonable somemore. Both of us so excited that we nearly wanted to place a deposit for the both sets, but we control ourselves, tahan abit 1st. Coz we planning to go down to Sungei Kadut Loop, Little Road and Genting Lane to take a look 1st before any final decision made. After dinner, me n wife went to Vivo Best denki and saw a auper duper promo on Samsung LCD. For a price for a 40" Samsung LCD, free gift consist of another 26" LCD and Samsung DVD player. The temptation is so irresistable, me n wife decided to place a deposit 1st. Very satisfied with e offer. Anyway, enuf of my lor-sohness, and tireness of the walking for the whole day... my back goin to break soon, wife's head is goin to explode soon due to headache. I shall post more pics on our new findings on our furnitures/electrical appliances. BZ BZ BZ~ regards Harold

hi there, just wana clarify, if we spotted some defects and HDB had changed them, however, even after e defects being change, the result is still not satisfied, can we required HDB to change again? example, the changed tiles are of different tones, can we request from HDB to change again? Also, after complain and surface the defects to HDB, roughly how long will they come to replace the defects? regards
