Hi all, I am looking to do some simple renovation work for my resale condo unit. My budget is under 15k, but I was told that come contractors do not accept such low budget for condo because the fixed cost for them is higher as they have to apply for insurance etc. Is this true? If anyone knows of any contractor who is willing to do some simple reno work for under 15k (I am looking to erect a wall with door, some carpentry work in the masterbed room, and installing full length mirror in the living room), and is reliable based on your experience, do PM me thanks!
