Hi. I just bought a 2 Bedroom condo and asked a electrician for a quote to add few lighting points and move a few connection points (Around 25-30 items in total). 90% of these changes are just 'movement' of the ports and 10% are installation of new ports etc. He has quoted an amount of 2000+ SGD for this. Wanted to know if this is a fair amount and electricians are really this expensive here?

There is no dependency between false ceiling and feature wall. He's trying to sell you apples with Oranges.
