We bought a package from them last year. Can choose any sofa, coffee table, TV console, dining set. Total cost over $3k plus after GST. ANyone got experience with them to share?

I'm not sure as we have not collected our keys yet. Will keep you posted.

Yah, it went up quite a bit after 3 yrs. The last balloting exercise end 07, it was 243k. Not really, my dog, but my wife's. 10 year old Maltese. Wow, thats a lot of wardrobe space... interesting concept. Here's one of the proposals from an ID Quoted about $24k-$26k

Things we are cosidering: 1. Feature wall + TV console 2. Feature wall for HHS 3. Hack bedroom wall (facing dining) and replace with glass 3. Hack kitchen walls (open kitchen) 4. Built-in cabinets in MBR+2toilets 5. Built-in shoe cabinet 6. L-box in living/dining/MBR? 7. Island counter/dining table from kitchen to dining (possible?) I've PM-ed you btw.

it only looks good on paper... actual look Thanks, layout looks good on paper, but actually very small. Think of doing that to brighten the dining area, also to hack the kitchen walls for open kitchen. got the flat at 218k during balloting in Jul 07.

HDB loan

We just received a letter to submit our latest payslips to confirm the HLE details. So i think likely will get our keys after CNY. Most ID quotes i got were in the 20+++k region.

I'm quite torn right now between spending $$ to make the place look good or to just do the bare minimum. I sure I'll come to a compromise some how. So far, it would only be me and my wife in the flat, plus a dog. Should we hack the kitchen wall to have an open concept kitchen? Should we replace the bedroom wall with glass to brighten up the space outside the kitchen? Just some of the question that I'm asking myself right now...

Mine's 273D. The contractors we met there told us that my block was handed over to HDB that week and we would most likely get our keys after CNY. We're also thinking of hacking down the kitchen walls to create an open kitchen but that means we won't be able to air-condition the living room. Now we can't really decide...

Yeah, I just went around the place over the weekend, can just walk into anyone of the open houses there. Most of the contractors were more than willing to show you around. The units looked really small and cramped. Sad to say, some of the item provided by HDB/ main contractor were not very nice. And we didn't get any shower screens. The colour of the floor tiles were a strange yellowish matte colour which didn't appeal to us at all. We weren't very pleased with what we saw...

Got a letter from HDB in Dec stating that the keys for my place would be ready for collection in Q1. We've looked around at a few IDs, and have decided on one but have not signed the contract. Update: Just got news that someone in Blk 273A collected their keys two weeks ago...

I'm from 273. No news from them. Though I know there are already people staying in 275, though some only received their keys late december. From what I know, though a project might have finished, HDB will only release the keys in batches. That means that within the same estate, some might get it 1-2 months earlier.
