Hi, I'm moving to Singapore for long and will be renting a condo unit at Siglap. However, i am also interested to invest in property here, and was looking at some upcoming condominiums they term Executive condos. Am i allowed to buy/invest in them since they are privatised after 5 years, or can i only go for normal private condominums? Thank you.p.s. I was looking at ecs' like Hundred Palms Residences
