    What I believe that is important for a new homeowner to find a suitable Interior Designer is when you are discussing the process with the ID you are very very comfortable with them. Second, Do check out reviews and ask about for more information for this certain company. Third, do more research as in going around more ID company and take a look on their strength in renovating houses. Last, Don't ask too many ID as you will just get very confuse on who to choose from.

    Hmm, I think you should consult local ID for better understanding as they are more experience in this field. As going DIY can be very confusing especially when your house is very old.

    hahaha Totally agree, it is not too hard to get this kinda ceiling up. Very suitable especially for kids room or for your wife who like starry night !

    What I will do is, I will find a contractor to help me paste the wallpaper. If it was stick it by ourselves, I believe I will spoil the wall easily. As least I know the paint will be off when you want to get the wallpaper out. So I will not suggest to paste it ourselves.

    Could people match it like this ? Scandustril home = Scandinavian + Industrial , it does look interesting tho. Never seen one before, anyone have more picture to show for concept of Scandustrial ?

    I work almost everyday. I have a six days work week and the one day, sometimes I still get to check on my emails. It somehow gets really drain out and not motivated anymore after these few years. How I wish it will be better if I really have both of my off days on Saturday and Sunday. Any suggestion on how you guys can cover hectic workload and carefree lifestyle ? I have seen some of the CBD white collars have save time in working out in the office gym and stuff. But other than that what do you guys always do?

    Some of them do have some hidden cost as it is obviously there are no such good deals all over the market. Just remember to choose wisely every time when you are engaging with your ID. Sometimes the hidden cost might not be hidden, it's just that the material that you choose to use from are different from what they gave you in the "Standard material package" which is those general one. where it make your packages look affordable and cheaper. It is not bad but also will not be as superb. hahaha I think normally those who have the package roughly around 20k should be okay to cover everything and give you a nice design. Unless on top of that you will like to add any design or like special doors here and there, then I think it will add more cost to it

    I think you can go around their website and spot on their reviews. I only know benz design have quite a thing for his design. You can try approaching him to see what he could offer. Here are some review from the other thread talking about these IDs.
