Hi everyone, hope to get advice and info from here. I am looking at getting a 13 years old condo unit which comes with a roof terrace. The roof terrace is about 500 square feet. However, I am thinking whether I should waterproof and retile it as it is no longer covered by warranty by original developer so as not to do messy rework if I do buy it and leakage occurs to below neighbour in future.
I would like to ask has anyone with similar experience on how to go about finding a reliable contractor to do such work at what kind of price for 500 square feet roof terrace to redo waterproofing with normal homogenous tile and get the 10 years warranty for waterproofing. Thanks in advance.
