I just got my toilet basin fixed. the leveler behind the tap, are suppose to ease the open and close of the drainage. the leveler spolit. So got it replaced yesterday. like Simplebio called HDB and they assigned and get it done. my take longer than Simplebio tap problem. it seem my issue need a subcontractor to do it, I take 1 week waiting time to get someone down to do it... As for Purple, I can tell u the cost of renovation your home should be more expensive than any of us at earlier birds at Jalan Membina as the price of concrete. sand, renovation materials have increase significantly if not sky rock yet.. Like all said, u need to check and compare before u decided on the ID or Contractor.. I never got ID for my home. just a contractor ... So u need to have some idea of what u want for your home, contractor just build not design your home.. It really depend on budget.. I bought most of the furniture of the shelves as it is cheaper than customize make... Hi Everyone, at Jalan Membina, I just move in yesterday. So my home is full of boxes, it will take weeks to clear them up, after that I will update u all on my home. Just plug in Starhub cable modem and Broadband modem it work instantly without a problem. I 'm not doing any housewarming.. too tired to do anything after I unpack.. With Regards, Marus

Beng Tuan Furniture sucks!!, they quote u price excluding GST. Even their receipt sucks give u a sum and without a break down on the furntiures pricing. Every time I call the different salesman the break down of the furniture pricing is different. , they are suckers, cheaters.. I will never ever buy furniture from Beg Tuan Trading...

Well. it is a slide door. my contractor have remove the door and place false wall and paint the surrounding same color as the rest of the wall. I wanted to make like Yang Guo HHS door, but my contractor said it will occupied a big chunk of the walkway. So I end up my HHS Door never covered

I will be moving soon as well, start to move boxes into the new home, at the next few weeks, Renovation likely complete end of the month below is the bomb shelter door look like when I see from the other room

Yang Guo suggestion on the door, not a bad idea!< but if we got metal gate there's no point in getting it , unless your metal gate never lock. I just got my Singapore Power appointment to open the power and water supply this Saturday, and my renovator will start work Next Monday!!

I was wondering which MP are in charge of our area at Jalan Membina? Definitely not Lee , He's at Tanjong Pagar only. I think our MP is this guy Associate Professor Koo Tsai Kee MP for Tanjong Pagar GRC (Tiong Bahru) Not sure if He is capable or not, But I have seem the other MP Ms Indranee Thurai Rajah - Tanglin - Cairnhill MP for Tanjong Pagar GRC (Tanglin-Cairnhill), where I live. **** long queue and meet the session with her, through out the night till 2 am is common occurances.

I don't have the time to check my new flat, I have not yet bother to really look into every detail of the flat for faulty, since there's so many report of faulty at JM, I better go down and check them over this weekend.
