cause normally wiring is hid under the floor ( for some that is skillful) , so if you have done ur flooring already, you have no choice but to do the wiring above ur floor and hence like that

Hi Faith, for any house in singapore right , there is a need to at least reno abit. Cause you will be living in it like for the next 20 years right? Might as well make it nicer hahaha If you want to do simple reno, there are a few things you must do, electrical, false ceiling , toilet and kitchen.

I think you can study from this as well, as get inspiration or something. What is important for scandi design is not all white but in the mixture of some wood concept as well.
