(tiles budget $3.50 per sqft) 13) Overlay master bath floor and install designer floor trap. (tiles budget $3.50 per sqft) 14) PLASTERCEIL WORKS 15) To make good wall affected by hacking and demolish work. Just completed my renovation a week ago . We are pleased to have our limited budget ($13,500) fully stretched to achieved the result that we wanted. Special thanks to my contractor Mr Tan and team delivered such a good work .
