Hi! I juz started working and so do not have much in my CPF. My fiance has very little in his too. Mine is like less then 8k! Shd I still invest abt 5k and leave the rest for deduction? Any advice?

Hi! This applies to those buying BTO flats rite? What if I got the grant but that's before the BTO is completed, my husband got a job and our income becomes >$4000? Muz we forgo the grant?

Hi! I visited my fiance's fren's flat last weekend and the layout is like yours. She waited 11 yrs to get a flat like that! I love the seaview but she told me the seaview would be gone once the flats opp r built (on the grassland at the other side of the LRT track)! Did u know when u bought that the seaview will be blocked? Or maybe not all will be obstructed.
