Dear all,
My renovation have started 4 months ago with this ID/contractor firm who over promised over and have been delaying over and over again.
The reason for this post is to inform/warn all future home owners , We do not wish anyone who experience this painful experience.
1. on the day when we were supposed to start work - after collecting cash the night before - he did a no show, we called him many times , sent him multiple message - there was no reply at all. Half a day later, he told us that his alarm did not went off. sorry about it.
Our air con contractor was waiting at our unit for him.
This was the first time he show sign that he is capable of running with our money.
2. We had our glass contractor to meet up with him and it is the same story - NO SHOW , NO ANSWER PHONE , NO REPLY MESSAGE.
3. Our main carpentry work has been delayed over and over again , it was supposed to completed on the last week of May and right now , he told us that his carpenter had run away with his money - he need more cash and my reno will be delayed again.
4. As of now, we have informed him that we might be going to the police for this but his response was , please go ahead because, someone else run away with my money.
As my renovation is still under going - I will not post images of our contract, text messages and whatapp message here.
