Am renovating a landed property and the electrician quoted: New light point: $45 @ 2-Gang 13Amp Power Point: $110 @ 1-Gang 13Amp Power Point: $85 @ New Tel Point: $70 @ New SCV Point: $150 @ New 20Amp heater point: $180 @ New hood point: $80 @ Install light: $8 @ Also say I no have enuff electricity. Want to upgrade. Cost about $20K. Can anybody tell me this is ok? Or do I look like a target?

Can anybody share what is the general price range for: - adding new power points? - adding new light points? - moving power points or light points? My electrician also say I need to add 'fays'. Whatz that? He says if I dun add, will trip if I turn on aircon downstairs. How much this cost? Thks!
