For the underbed design I think, still not bad. Cause if you have more valueable item or things that you rarely take out like mattress cover or guest room bed sheet and blanket can keep under there. Cause also rarely use.

No problem to use taobao sink also. Just make sure you measure everything properly , so that when it comes it fits. Best to consult your contractors to arrange for installation too.

Are taking up loans from banks nowadays is slower ? I tend to feel it goes round and round through so many procedure only they could make it work. Anybody tried any other agency to get loans from the bank ?
