Hello Bro Huat, bb is fine. Wow can hear the bark loud and clear from my kitchen/mbr. M sure its from one of the #114 unit or #116 unit.

Sometime ago, someone put up a note at 25b lift lobby complaining about the day night non stop barking. Dnt think it has improved....... we'r still hearing the bark. i'm putting up at #116.

Some to do list - invest in quality lock set for both padlock & wooden door, eg highly secure door lock cylinder type (checked) - weld at least 6 of the gate hinges/bolts (checked, welded 9, super kiasu) - try not to store valuable items at home. If possible, leave them in the Save Deposite Box. (checked) - get a CCTV / Alarm - get a burglary inssurance. (checked) - keep a lookout for other folks. (ongoing)

Dear Folks, After Monday night incident, I've been peeping thru the door every now & then. Last night thru the door hole I saw someone tan/dark wearing a red shirt walking very quickly towards me & my neighbor's unit. And when I swing open the door, that guy walked quite quickly towards the staircase exit. He's quite small build, height <1.65m. Was he trying to examine the possibilities of.........??? Or am i just being paranoid??? One thing I'm quite sure, is that he wasnt there to do haulage cos some debris were still around this morning!!!

Nope, gate was pad locked at the time. They open the unlocked wooden door & pushed it way inwards to have a good view. I was in the bedroom and my furkid got alerted and started to bark.
