Hi Ling Was @ JM checking defect works, went down to peep at yr tiling, hmm.... quite a good job. We gotta to finalise the tiles b4 deciding on id/contractor. Was eyeing for a mixer at tangs, after seeing the $ tag, hubby told me "i volunteer to be yr mixer"....

Hi Ling & Happy One ID quoted $1000. Just note it for info, some items give, some take. Bottom line must not deviate too much from others or market. For painting, better to ensure sealer applied, check with ID or contractor if its inculded. Was quoted S$250 extra for it. For curtain, was told that JB tailor cheaper 30%, will request for "no deposit" and update thereafter.

In fact above mentioned deflects was highlighted by a "yet to appoint ID", maybe was trying hard to impress. Was thinking even if we were to report, that main-con will come up with tons and tons of reasons for not being able to rectify.....

Do you guys report deflects such as, uneven wall, visibly uneven wall tiles, uneven paint on HSS door, slanted door knobs, chaped switches, scratches on door knobs/locks??? By the way, the lady at the 27b office mentioned that they are stay for another month or two.
