the contractor somemore claim that is the extra tile (at their own cost) that they order for our project in case of tile shortage, damage, so no need to order again and wait... blah blah, blah... You think they are really that kind?

Such fake review, Firdaus have not posted since october 2016, but suddenly appear when i mentioned this company…… *yawnzzzzz*

Is it common for contractors to bump up the wastage and extra tile cost, then at the end of the project, they took the remaining tiles back to Tile shops (hafary or Soon Bee Huat) for refund??? To me, this is dishonest and cheating.

Good luck to whoever is using PLLX or Space Division... It was a nightmare for our renovation project in the west.. Before signing contract, everything was "Yes", "Can", "No problem", "I will do your house nicely"... During the project, the project manager cum boss will give many empty promises which are telltale sign of a unreliable and dishonest contractor... Then when problems arise, workmanship issue, defects found, the project manger cum boss is always shrugging responsibility, and u will hear all the "I dont Think so", "Sorry but no", "but.. unless"... "VO".... all the sai will come out... Worse thing is he will bring out the word "Contract", "Court"... But I think his tricks can only use on less educated aunties and uncles!!!!. Good luck to you.
