Yenming My id is also Johnny, it is very common to have delays.... because the carpentary is super slow... not Johnny's fault but maybe the carpenter is too meticulous.... Already waited for 3 months to complete my house and still waiting patiently.... frankly i would say the carpentary and tiling works are done nicely..... my wiw is really fabulous..... But i will recommend that you keep a very close eye on your carpentary cos it is hard to make any changes when the blocks of wood are fixed up.... amendments = extra costs.....

Snow, I know of a shop that sells wallpaper at reasonable price with many brands and varieties. I just bought from them ytd I bought ard 6 rolls after comparing with alot of suppliers.... Should be able to get cheap for your 5m wall, material plus installation..... Hi LLHome, I was one of those been to your house, your house really value for money for the amount of work done by Johnny.... I am in the midst of finalising my quote with Johnny. I had been to almost 15 ids for the past 4 months, really tiring but I think one has really to source and listen to different ids before they are convinced on deciding on the right one..... Different people may have different criteria for selecting the right id... I think I really need a responsible person like Johnny to take the job... that will ease my effort to supervise.... I will take the contacts for the bathroom and toilet accessories from you once I commence my reno.... I believe its alot of rackee to be done forthcoming....

I am planning to revamp kitchen, build a feature wall in living room, toilet install bathtub, parquet flooring for 2 berooms and WIW. My budget is ard 15K, thinking which items to eliminate to hit my budget for my 5rm resale flat.... The lightings in my house is already nicely done up by ex owner, so will stay with that... Any idea how much will the cost estimate be for the above reno? Thanks:) Thought of getting Earnest Interiors to help, but mine sounds like a mini touchup here n there.... not sure if it will be messy though.... haha.... Anyone can advise me?

Anyone has a contact for reasonable pricing for Teak timber flooring? Is it cheaper to source from manufacturer or obtain from ID? I am intending to do the flooring for 2 bedrooms, the dimensions are 1) 3.5m X 3m and 2) 3m X 4m Pls advise.
