Dear all, I've read through threads from this forum but unfortunately there are really too many to read. I appreciate everyone contributing their experiences. I am looking for a responsible and experienced contractor to help me with my designs. I hope the contractor will be able to give me advice too, instead of being passive and not willing to accept new ideas/challenges.
