Hi Wesley, im sorry to hear this. This is really horrible. What model did you get? I am actually planning to buy a hitachi fridge , it's the one with the ice and water dispenser. But reading your experience makes me think twice. I really hope hitachi would do something about this. Write in on their fb page (if they have one)

Hi I'd like to get a quote for a digital storage tank for my 3-rm BTO. -2adults -1 rain shower in master bathroom how many litres would you recommend for us to get? We will most likely be using only the masterbathroom. Please also include installation fees. We are planning to install it in the service yard. That should be okay? Thank you
