@hoWL have pm-ed you. Actually it was my own design but he gave very practical advise and also to better improve my ideas. He did the reno works for all Awfully Chocolates outlets and Sinpopo.

Me and hubby didn't really meet up with too many IDs except that few recommended by our fellow trusted friends and colleagues. Initially we almost sign up with an ID firm but we cancelled it 2 hours prior to the signing of contract! It's very important to visit the existing project of the selected ID. Very very important! We went up to the existing project and the workmanship sucks big time!! It was horrible to an unacceptable level! Thank God we bailed out or we'll be crying a river now... So we end up with another ID. He wasn't recommended by any of our friends but it was a random act of kindness shown by his workers. It just so happens that his Contractors were doing a unit at my existing block now and he so kindly hold the lift for us when he was exiting with a gracious smile. I thought that's very kind of him. I approached him and he recommended my ID. That was how it started. Coincidence? Of course I knocked on my neighbour's door to look at the workmanship. It was done up very nicely! My neighbour had all the positive things to say about this ID and highly recommended him. Good contractors, good workmanship, real project recommendations. What more can I ask right? Well, here's the first cut of the 3D rendering of my new place.. i think it's beautiful! This will be my Master Bedroom (: and here's my kitchen! It's the best ever! Master washroom (: Anyway, hacking of wall if all good will be on the 12 May 2017. Shall update on my progress again. Fingers crossed all will be well (:

Well, am not exactly sure how this thing works but this will be my virgin post (: I have been a silent reader for the past 6 months (or maybe longer), until now that i have a new place of my own with my beloved hubby, I have decided to document the progress of my 4-room HDB resale flat renovation. First of all, here's the floor plan of our home sweet home.. I named it "Stemichhh's homesweets".. It just sounds nice to me, heh! Ok now, my place is 103sqm, but we are buying over the recess area of about 6sqm so it adds up to 109sqm! That's considered a huuuugggggeeeeee place for a 4-room flat and we are absolutely trilled with the size and all !
