haha wanted to go visit u last sat cos after the uncle go ur place, he went to mine.. derrick told me got one delivery at ur floor so i suspected its u uncle abit blur also, i gave him the cheque then he remembered he did not ask u for the outstanding. he told me u installing them urself, i actually went to ur place ard 1+pm but u left liao, door locked wasted anyway, my lightings and celling fan got minor errors reno also headache, hipcups here and there.. u finishing ur reno liao ?

hi guys my hse under reno now hope to complete in mid april. juz bought my tv at IT fair.. wasted..could have gotton a better deal if i waited for those closing special or hourly special..

it was the 1st defects submission. I have abt 4 small defects to rectify. I do hope they can be fast and do it within 2 days? but when they will come & do my place is unknown.. hahaha

Yes everything will happen after CNY. sigh.. I met them just now and they say defects can only be done after 5th day of CNY and takes abt 2 weeks! Suay suay just now the lift spoil. lucky me walk down not climb up...hahaha Missysg >> did u submit your house keys to the BSC for the rectifications of the defects? all your house keys? or just a padlock key?

Hey peeps, the town council / hdb pple r coming down my house tmr to do the defects check. Do you know if it will take long? they coming at ard 4pm. i do hope its a fast one. and do you guys know how long they come back to rectify the defects? i had checked with them this morning, and they said most likely after CNY.... sigh.. this will further delay my reno... hope to finish reno by Apr...

Hi pple Got my keys liao.. opened door last week not yet settled the defects.. not sure wat to check also.. at a glance it seems ok.. anyone can send me their defect list or advise wat r the common defects to look out for ? Must we settle the defect 7 days after we get keys or only before renovations ? cos i saw somewhere put whichever is earlier, in this case will be 7 days since i not yet settle on my ID..
