  1. Actually, in all legal transactions, it is better to play safe....for instance, to make any kind of cash payment is a risk, especially if it is a big amount. So the best way is to issue cheque and direct to the company.... that's what i did, though i dont have a cheque book (hassle to maintain one to me...). I got my father to issue the cheque for me when making all payments. in this case, there is no way there will be any issues over payment..the most is the cheque bounced and let the ID chase you lor...nothing to lose in customers' pt of view....this will prevent anyone else to 'swallow' the money...
  2. hey, guess kelvin was out of action for some personal reasons... but recently i got in touch with him to touch up my house and to add more features...think he is finally back at work.... guess you can try again if you have not found your ID

  14. Hi all, just a msg from Kelvin, he lost his hp and lost all his contacts....i guess he busy with looking at gers when he lost it....haha... those who are waiting for his call or quotations etc, feel free to contact him again. his hp no. remains unchanged.
  15. Dear Lifestyle & Cantona7, understood both your views (may not be most afterall as a lot of people are posting quotations & budgets in other threads as well). Actually the intent is to see both sides of the coin. if you do not flip a coin that is lying on the table, you will never see the other side of it. This is the case here as most IDs (at least for kelvin), do not set up an account and share their views. thus, most forummers are only reading what home owners, like us, are saying, but not understanding the pain/misunderstanding that some IDs may be suffering. I post the mail from the angle that we should get the views from both parties, which in the end there may be no right or wrong for either party...and to allow many readers (who monitor this incident) a chance to better understand Kelvin...who afterall may be cocky, but friendly and cheeky as well (the other side of the coin i am talking about)... i know i will offend people by posting it up, apologies if i really had....but if i were given a 2nd chance, i guess i will still do the same....
