Again, I reinterate, sign at ur own risk. If u can afford long delays, unanswered call and messages, sleepless nights, go ahead and sign on. The savings here is nothing compared to the above.

My opinion, I would rather pay a premium than to endure the torture of stress . Remember this, money can be earned but we can't buy back health .... My 2 cents of thoughts for all new homeowners to ponder...
