How about if my walls & ceilings are still very good condition, but I want to change the colour, do I just need to sandpaper it? the x owner stayed for 3 yrs, I dont know when were they last paint it. What brand is good and economic? can u recommend a good contractor to do it since doing ceiling is quite a tough job. Thank u
