Actually we are still considering, whether to get a contractor to do all, or we ownself find different sub-con for our renovation, no hurry to move in anyway. Pros: price should be cheaper than above quotation by around $3-4k? Cons: we dont know where to get our permit for renovation Ours is an EA of 138 sq thou.. i just cannot stand the quotation for toilet and PD door, the price of hacking 1 master toilet alone and doing it up is $5400, abit too much in my opinion

how to get reno permit if im going ala carte? haha say i will use this carpentry, then hacking, toilet all these i find myself
