Hi Nex, I believe ur quote is the cheapest. 20k including all the carpentries. The cheapest quote I got aso needed 24k. Anyway, now deciding on ID. 2 options only, both r recommended by forumers here. Quite torn apart. Anyway, r u able to share the haulage charges quoted. Thanks.. L3x

Yes. I tink must have alot den they change everything. I changed all my kitchen & toilets' tiles, I upgrade the floor tiles at my own cost la. Btw, can share how much ur charged for haulage? HDB provide or ID? Thx..

Hi Felix, tink u have to b fast in the rectifications, I reported my rectifications. Some of it still not done up. But the tiles for Kitchen & Toilets r up. Went for inspection during the wkends, found some hollow tiles. Feedback to them, n they r doing now. Worried aft rectification stilll got alot of hollow tiles. Sian...

Hi, Ans1: Its dependant on u, I dun tink its worth the hassle & money to install the LG sys 3. Anyway, jus my personal point of view. Feel LG consumes energy more dan other brand & seems diff to install wif problems in future. Ans2: Very hard to advise. U gotto c ur preference, budget and usage. Ans3: I dun tink its required unless the configuration is totally diff in years to come. 1 Qn, since its only u & ur husband in this flat wif nite usage while sleeping, and seldom ON the rest of the units. Y need such a costly one? If ur not utilising it as often, no point getting invertor. Furthermore, ur family is small. Felt its even more $ wasteful to buy sys4 cos the aircon nowadays wunt last aso. Life span probably abt 8yrs? All the above r my point of view only.

btw, jus to update u guys, i'm hacking my tiles now by the hdb contractor. finally starting some work.they can be fast if they want but my ID not found yet. still meeting 1 or 2. hope can decide by next weekend.

Someting to share, alot of couples got their flat wif AHG even wifout ROMing. Jus need to prove tat u r ROMing (eg, eFile frm ROM, invoice frm restaurant for ur ROM) But it is still up to u lah. Good luck den..

Hi, Tink Kingzkong busy moving house.. Gotten my keys, going for inspection together wif TO on 18Feb. Still looking for ID loh.. Y r u getting ur keys so late? If u really wana start everyting liao, call n pester them. Their working style is like tat, **** slack. My 1st appt on early Nov. Called my Customer Service Manager on Dec a few times to enquire abt my application, She replied "No problem" Den my HLE expired, she aso nvr bother to renew. Until Jan, when I saw alot of ppl getting their keys den I start to call n write letter complain. I even asked their Customer Service: "Is it cos I nvr write in to request to get my keys earlier, u will put my case in the last few?" They replied: No. So made me even more pissed at my Officer, slack 2mths wif nothing done for my application. Aft getting my complain, den she start 2renew my HLE n arrange a date for my 2nd appt. Everyting is settled within 2 wks. Conclusion: -Some of them liked to b poke to work. Too slack, I'm frm garment sector aso cant take it. Y cant they do bit by bit slowly? Slack for 2 mths wif nothing done.. Dun understand n cannt believe it.
