I just got the keys to my new apartment and do not intend to do any renovation. However, I need an electrician to do wiring and light installation works, as well as someone to do up the curtains. I am thinking of just buying furniture rather than getting customised cabinets. As I am always flying around, I thought it might be good to just liaise with a contractor who can help to coordinate.
Are such works too minor to engage a contractor? Usually how much would their services cost?
Any good contractor/electrician/curtain specialist to recommend?
