No recommendations? Em... probably i will go with the 150bucks installation..

Jus bought this petdoor and looking for someone to install on my masterbedroom door. The petdoor comes with a installation manual. Initially wanted to diy myself but worry i might damage my veneer door as its those hollow type. So my wife suggested to let a pro do it. If you know anyone, a handyman or carpenter who can do it, pls let me know here. So far got a quote of $150-$180 but i find it bit overpriced. Was expecting $80-100 or even cheaper but I might be wrong, maybe when dealing with wooden job commands a higher price because of workmanship? This job is pretty straightforward. 1) Saw a square hole on my door 2) Fix and screw in the petdoor Thanks in advance!

coincidentally, i found peel onion skin on my clothes on my bamboo on the same day i read this post. wonder which sick kid doing that! tink TC should create more awareness on this issue.

me got this prb too! dunno which mf always like to throw these garbage down i rem getting a notice from TC warning residents not to litter out of window i know sometimes not delibrate but i dun tink so many items are indelibrate lo i got things like instant noodles packet, pocky empty box, rags there was one time i got this rag stick on the ledge like superglue n took me a while to 'scrape' it off with the bamboo left a **** obvious mark there but the mark finally gone after heavy rain. i saw the TC ppl taking the gondola to clear these garbage but i tink those garbage stuck at the garbage ledge is definately a prb

i see i see yes yes its the 20A switch i am talking about. it can be use for heater or lights i think but mine is just 1 gang 2 way switch. mine has lights leh... em... maybe because yours is a 2gang?

bit confusing... ..the LED lights i refering to is the LED light of heater switch not the ondicator. heater switch comes with a LED light 2gang switch zencello doesn't come with LED right? the other model does. u using zencello?

Sorry i miss this reply. em... do u mean the ondicator or the heater LED switch? Mine works... If you switch on at point A, and go to point B to switch off <- point B onicator will be 'on' and point A ondicator will still be 'on' but the lights will be switch off it works like the normal 2 way switch just that its now replace by ondicator. as for heater LED my master bathroom n common bathroom share same heater but can be turn on by the a switch outside the master bath or common bath (2 switches) but heater works bit strange if i turn on heater from my master bathroom, both LED lights will be on. then i must switch off at my master bathroom so that the LEG lights will be off. if i turn on heater from my master bathroom, both LED lights will be on. then i must switch off at my master bathroom so that the LEG lights will be off. but if i turn on heater from my master bathroom, and i choose to switch off from common bathroom switch, this will cause prb. once i press the common bathroom switch, both LED lights will still be on and now if i go to the master bathroom to try switch off, both LED lights will still be on... I must go to common bathroom switch to off it first then can switch off the LED from master bathroom confusing... so we need to switch on n off from the switch we on the heater dunno if the electrician got hao siao us anot...

heh no need locksmith already. i replaced the gate handle thats hitting on the screen with the original wooden door handle.

Anyone got lobang good reliable locksmith around here? need to change my metal gate handle cos its currently hitting (or rather pushing very tightly) on my main door lock screen..

everything cost $370 or installation cost $370? i got a quote about $1100 including installation for SHS-5120 but that was bout 7mths back. could be cheaper now.. maybe will get it next mth LOL

ya my electrician spoiled few of my zencelo switches (claimed its factory fault), I brought back to Choo Chiang, ppl there very nice, exchange 1 to 1. 2 way switch as in u click 1 time control 1 light and 1 more time another light or? i got 2 switch controlling 1 light, works ok for me though.

omg i think better ask air con man to double check. usually poor installations or when they level the pipings (from high to low) they didnt level properly, then will lead to leakage. i spent few hrs with the aircon installation guy to understand and plan how to run the gas n water pipes. you know how ur water and gas pipes are running now right? lucky for u, u didnt hide the aircon pipes. else b a disaster.. well the leaking sure looks bad... popping of the laminates... trust me u wont regret upgrade the insulator. its a must i think... esp i find our place here quite humid?

zencelo white your pic shows bronze color one. SunkistC's zencelo is mounted on expose Kbox (i cant rem the actual name) thats why u see a thick base.

yeah for low floors. sorry i dun hav lift dimension for high floor. but i tink only depth is different. i heard usually ppl customize sofa to be bout 2.1 - 2.2m to be delivered up HDB flats due to size of lift.

go measure the lift cos i did so too. heh looked stupid but tats the safest. if my memory didnt fail, the big lift should measure H2.3m x W1.4m D2.35m check if ur sofa is 1 full piece, or can be fitted on site. if 1 full piece, then better dun buy more than 2.3m heard delivery ppl may charge per storey sometimes if cannot go by lift

yep yep $200 for window n kdk fan is indeed good price n worth money cos the fan itself already about $120-130 (the square one).

I got 2 sensu at $480 each inclusive of installation. The installer very pro (www.singaporehandyman.com), they will try their best to avoid trunkings. All worth the money Most important it looks good!! The fan shutter will open when u on, and close when u switch off. like those airplane exhaust. LOL There is definately difference in quality of installation when u compare a $200 and $300 (by official kdk installer singaporehandyman though they r the sub con) for venilators. i had compared before n it seems like the cheaper it gets, the aesthetics of the installation is compromised. So please check out photos of installed fan before committing. pm me for my sensu pic if u interested
