    Hi. I am buying a condo unit for the first time and it is due to TOP is 7-8 months. My unit bedrooms come with built-in wardrobe. I don't want these. Can I tell them not to build these in the first place so I don't need to hack? Do I go through the lawyers or the straight to the developer?
