I'm fine with low floor as long as it's not on the 2nd or 3rd so 4th is the lowest I'll go but i can imagine my MIL is going to say ... why 4 cos cantonese sounds like die...... but my FS master ever told me... Tables need 4 legs to be stable likewise for chairs, cars need 4 wheels, though motorcycle got 2 and still move but not as stable.... so 4 is a good no too...

Finally! After more than 3 months of searching, Daddy and Mummy have finally found a place which suits their budget and needs. Mummy is so proud that in the current property market now where everyone is asking for High COV, she managed to find this one below valuation. And have ensured that there's NO PROBLEMS with the house as well. It's a 5-Room Flat (Point Blk) @ Bedok. It's near the central, less than 10 mins walk to the MRT, and many coffee shops around as well. What makes us happier is that Mummy has promise to create a cosy corner for us and only us... Yipppeeee! Here's a pic of us so that all the jie jie and kor kor can get to know us better Mummy will be uploading more pics of our new home soon... Stay tune......

Hi mud3210, I'm not planning to loan from the bank cos many of my friends told me they are very sticky and usually will loan up to 30k only.... Heard that Hitachi credit is more lax but just not too sure how to go about the payment during the reno.... -

Hi Mr Chong, I'm moving into a rented apartment soon and as I'm only staying there temporary, I will just be putting the matteress on the floor. The landlord has hacked 2 rooms into 1 for the MBR and the layout is as follows:- ------WINDOW-------|PILLAR|------WINDOW--- |}WALL |_____| |}WARDROBE |}WALL |}WARDROBE |}WALL |}WARDROBE |}WALL |}WARDROBE |}WALL |}WARDROBE |}WALL |}WARDROBE |}WALL |}WARDROBE |}WALL |}WARDROBE |}WALL |}WARDROBE |}WALL |}WARDROBE |}WALL |}WARDROBE |}WALL |}WARDROBE |}WALL |}WARDROBE |}WALL |}WARDROBE |}WALL __________DOOR______ _______DOOR_____| The wall on the left is facing southwest and we were told never to sleep with our head pointing towards the west. Please advise. Thank you!
