1st draft of 3D pictures living room. not doing the feature wall & console as it will make our flat looked even smaller..near main door too, kind of obstruct the living walkway...intend to get ready made console kitchen view from living room. love the glass kitchen view from back windows. noticed that if glass door is slided close, it will reflect the back row of windows. not sure if this is the type of glass ID is providing or simply the designer eyes tiak stamp!! forget to ask ID about this too..just saw..blur me.. the basin is pai sui only, will be replaced by dryer.. MBR, no feature wall too..just a very simple design. the sliding door on the side is entrance to WIW WIW, looked small but no choice cos only hacking down the store nia..need to ask ID to redesign the compartments.. thats all folks..no 3D for toilets as haven got the idea of how to transform, simply too small to do anything liao..most likely the common toilet will be for "common" use and master for bathing..no need to spend $ on shower screen liao any comments for the 3D?? all are welcome

weekend very fast wan la, today is friday liao..i just been thru what you are feeling now as i just saw my 1st draft of 3D...hahah shiok shiok leh but actually i do not have much senses about layout and colour combi..just told ID wat we wanted and the pictures indeed wat we want so ok lor.. just that sometimes i like this colour but ID said wouldnt suit our theme, will listen to wat he proposed and yes effect quite good..cant wait for the reno to start...mine will start hacking on 20th after our "ceremony"..think your flat will be completed before mine.. waiting to see your 3D pics too

nice nice..your house like set in greyish tone hor...agreed with you on the toilet..the effects of the black tiles looked different for both side, just like mixing 2 designs together...i would say that if 1 is designed, the other matching got to look plain (IMHO) 2 also designs looked "overcrowded" leh toilet looked small, think now all the flats the same..actually i have the same idea = shower glass panel -> toilet bowl -> vanity top but ID said my toilet cannot, later kana block by door, later kana block by pipes (cos mine is resale flat, 20+yrs old) need to confirm with him again on 20th... how about your MBR? bo pics ah?
