    Hi, I also thought of doing spray painting on carpentry for my Victoria wardrobe and cabinet. I almost fainted when I saw the price. Haha. So I went to did it with carpentry. Turn out to be better than what I expect. Here are some photos.

    Hi, Im not sure about item no 1. For item 2. Under HDB ruling, no hacking is to be done in kitchen and bathroom. But owner can submit for approval to conceal the 2" drainage pipe under your present kitchen flooring. I suppose there might be some undertaking. Correct me if i am wrong.

    Carpentry almost done and caeserstone work top was install today. I love the colours personally..

    Overall quality of sink 9/10. The thickness is about 3mm. Request my ID to drill another hole on sink for water filter. He managed to get the hole drill but broken one drill bit.

    Bought this sink from taobao. The sink thickness is thicker, dunno whether good or bad . Waiting for the caeserstone worktop, should be on Tuesday.

    Hi, u did your bathroom tiles in staggered? Didn't your ID inform you about the problem? Because tiles are not 100% flat. Therefore you will feel the tile edge when rubbing against the tiles.

    Have not been updating for past few days. Not much works going on. First coat of painting is done. Looking forward to carpentry works soon.

    If your unit present wiring is exposed. Your new wiring has to be exposed too (Under HDB ruling). Concealed wiring is done secretly. Of course concealed will be slightly expensive than exposed. Usually concealed will be $30-$50 more per point.

    Wet works is almost done. Check on the grouting, quite impressed with the workmanship. Grouting space is very uniform, no chips on my precious tiles.

    Because it's on a quite tight schedule to complete the reno. Our ID pre arranged his workers to standby for us. Up till today, everything is going well. False ceiling works also completed in 2 days. Of course before this, electrical wiring has to be done first.

    Wanted to hack new bedroom and bathroom entrance. But HDB don't approve without a PE endorsement. So bo bian, this money can't save. (There are re-bar inside these wall) Hacking works completed within 3 days as promised by ID. He's really a responsible and trustworthy person. Daily updating with photos send to us. Thumbs up for him.
